What do you get when you are raving around your evil chimerical lab and you accidentally knock your Sega Megadrive test tubes into your Footwork/Juke test tubes, causing a Sonic explosion and a deluge of audio detritus?

Obviously a *bleeping* mess.

But as you peer through the hazardous smoke and gag slightly on the noxious sulphursish fumes, your ears detect something new….

Something not quite Golden Axe and not quite Rashad; no longer rank with 8bit aliasing error and not quite ‘same repeating triplet vocal hook for 6 minutes’.

Instead, as the vapour clears, you find Slaine Kelly, motionless, poised, glistening; waiting patiently to rip your ear-sphincters a new one.

Trepidatious, but enticed, you scoop up the viscous mixture of hypnotic analogue drums, bleepy jagged leads and erratically sliced random vocal samples and pour it gently into your ear canal.

You probably shouldn’t have done that.

But it’s too late now…..

Razor edits, rattling bass, hyper synth stabs; all ingredients in the bootytune bonanza that is "YM2414 EP"
